The bottom portion of this quad bullhorn bracket has a 2.7 inch inside diameter which fits with all standard light poles in America.

This crossed pole bracket has 4 2-3/8 inch outside diameter at 90 degree allowing any light fixture with a standard 2 3/8 inch slip fitter to slide over.
